UK WIDE COACH TRAVEL

NEW TO 2024 - We are excited to offer UK wide coach travel to AJAM festival this year. From as South as Falmouth, to as North as Aberdeen and everywhere in between we will be running return transport options as part of our accommodation and travel packages. See coach travel FAQs here.

OFFICIAL PRE PARTY

NEW TO 2024 - This year we are hosting the official pre-party in Bristol the night before the main event! If you are travelling from afar (or not!), why not make the most of it and meet fellow festival goers at the official pre-party to wet the whistle and get a taste of what's to come. We are collaborating with festival sponsors to make this a big night, as well as more headline acts in the mixer. This event will be open to the public, and tickets will be £5 - full event info TBA.

ACCOMMODATION

NEW TO 2024 - This year we are providing accommodation for you in Bristol city centre and using Bristol as a hub to the event! We have secured affordable accommodation options which will be available to book from point of purchase to make this a seamless process for you and your members. See accommodation FAQs here.

LINE UP

The full line up will be launched in the middle of October! Expect the best in House, Tech, Bass, DnB and Garage! We can’t wait to get this out to you all!

DRINK & FOOD

During the day there will be a host for food vendors in our trade village to cater for range of taste preferences. There will also be a selection of bars across the festival site to keep you suitably hydrated.

BRISTOL SHUTTLE

With Bristol being the hub for the festival this year, and accommodation options being city centre based, we will be running coach shuttle to and from the event to ensure easy transfers to and from the festival. We will be running earlier transfers for competitors, with later transfers for standard ticket holders.

CLOAk ROOMS

There will be an onsite cloak room facility from 1PM. This will be running until the end of the event and manned all day by our event team.

TIMINGS

The main event will be running from 1PM - 1AM. However, racing athlete’s are likely to be asked to be at the event from 9AM -11AM for practice. We will be running shuttle buses from Bristol to Gloucester Ski and Snowboard Centre to reflect these timings.

TICKET AND PACKAGE INFO

This year we are providing full festival packages at the point of sale to make your festival planning quick and easy. You will be able to book your pre-party, festival ticket, shuttle, accommodation and travel all in one place.

FREESTYLE

With a chance to warm up at the start of the day, qualifications will begin in a jam session format with the intent to make this a fun session for all, squeezing in as many laps as possible within the qualification time period. The airbag will be back again, while not directly scored for your airbag tricks, judges will be taking into consideration the tricks you are trying!

Successful finalists will then compete head to head in a big hitting final in front of the 2000 person crowd as the sun sets across Mount Gloucester.

First Aid

First Aid will be fully operational throughout the day and the evening. Please make a member of staff available if you or someone else may require first aid.

ROAD TO AJAM UK TOUR

This year we are bringing you The Road to AJAM UK Tour! Stopping at three key dryslope centres across the UK to bring you the best in Race, Freestyle and AJAM après.

Saturday 07th October: Road to AJAM: NORTH
Saturday 28th October: Road to AJAM: MIDLANDS
Sunday 26th November: Road to AJAM: SOUTH

RACING

This year we are running individual time trial races in collaboration with Kings Ski Club! A favourite format for those at AJAM. Once warmups are over, you will get as many runs in as possible to secure your fastest time to get you on that podium! All races will be timed and those that come out on top will be awarded prizes at the prize giving ceremony at 7PM! This year we are starting the event earlier for racers so they can be sure to get some good runs in.
