Saturday 10th February. Arrive on site from midday, entry is from 1pm until 1am.

DO I NEED ID ON ENTRY

ID’s will be checked upon entry and you will be given a stamp if you are over 18. Once entered into the premises you may still be spot checked (e.g. at the bar). If you are under 18, see below.

Are families and under 18’s welcome?

Families and under 18’s are welcome . Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note there is loud music throughout the event. All under 16s will get a two family member or responsible adult allowance for free, included as part of their ticket. Please purchase a ticket in the right competition category then email us on ajam@jibworx.com with the additional names to receive your additional ticket allowance.

Will there be cloak rooms?

This event has a full cloak-room system for you to be able to leave equipment and jackets in safe hands. We do not take responsibility for any unattended items left around the venue. However, any lost property will be collected by staff at the end of the event. Please email ajam@jibworx.com for item enquiries.

WHAT ABOUT Refunds, Ticket Swaps, and Cancellations?

These are all available upon request in the lead up to the event. Within 30 days and they will not be available. Please email ajam@jibworx.com to find out more .

Drugs and Alcohol Policy?

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone suspected of carrying or consuming drugs or own alcohol into the venue. These will be confiscated from you and police notified if necessary. Competitors will not be able to purchase alcohol until they are no longer competing.

ACCOMMODATION

What are the accommodation options this year?

Individuals will be able to choose between a budget( shared hostel) or a hotel upgrade, where they can book 1 room (2 beds - double or twin) and share with someone else booked on.

Where is the accommodation located?

The accommodation is located around Bristol Centre, your coach will be able to drop you close to where you are staying.

How far are the accommodation options from the shuttle?

The shuttle will be going from Bristol Coach Station, we have all accommodation booked close to here.

Can we bring our friends to the accommodation if they haven’t booked?

No, you will be pre-allocated a room before the trip, these rooms will be to full occupancy. If you have booked a hotel upgrade sole occupancy, this will be a double bed booked in your name.

When will we find out what accommodation we are in specifically?

2 weeks from the event, you will be allocated accommodation, this will be specified on your e-ticket.

What if I only want to stay on Saturday night?

For groups, the packages are set but if you do want to book options individually then you’ll be able to via the public page.

Where are the coach pick up and drop off points?

The coach will pickup from the City you have selected at time of booking, Exact locations will be released nearer the time.

When will the coaches get to AJAM?

Friday 9th February (afternoon), in time to check in at your accommodation and then head to the pre-party if you have selected pre party tickets.

How much earlier do we need to arrive at the coach location to the departure time?

You will need to arrive at least 45 mins before departure time which will be given in your e-ticket, so there is time to load the coach and check in.

Can I bring food and alcohol into the festival?

You can’t bring alcohol into the festival but you can bring food. Alcohol will be able to be purchased at the onsite bar.

Can we bring our gazebo?

Yes you can bring your club gazebo and set it up in between the 2 competition zones. You must have weights or pegs to secure the tent down.

What if I don’t have my own snowboard/skis but I want to compete?

Equipment hire is included in your ticket price. Helmets, boards, skis, poles, boots are all available at the ski centre at no extra cost.
